The ITB Engineering Management Program also has a meeting room on the 1st floor of the Labtek III Building. This room can be partitioned into two smaller rooms and used simultaneously. It is commonly used for seminars and academic staff meetings. Both partitions are equipped with a sound system, LCD projector, and whiteboard for presentation purposes.

Other facilities in the Labtek III Building include a prayer room (musholla) located on the 2nd floor and restrooms located on every floor. Meanwhile, in the Jatinangor Central Library building, there is 1 prayer room and 2 restrooms on each floor. Table 5 presents the list of supporting rooms along with their area.
