Educational Objectives
The Undergraduate Program in Engineering Management at ITB aims to produce graduates with an independent professional profile (IPP) as follows:
- 1. Competent in solving Engineering Management problems and contributing to innovation, to attain sustainable competitive advantage in various industries.
- 2. Independently understand the needs for and to develop knowledge and expertise continuously to support professional development.
- 3. Playing important roles at the operational or managerial level in various integrated system through practicing the values of Pancasila.
Graduate Learning Outcomes
The graduate learning outcomes of the Undergraduate Program in Engineering Management for 2024–2028 are as follows:
- 1. Ability to identify, formulate, and solve complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics.
- 2. Ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specific needs while considering safety, health, and public welfare, as well as global, cultural, regulatory, social, environmental, economic, and technological factors by using effective engineering tools.
- 3. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- 4. Ability to recognize ethical and professional responsibilities in engineering situations and make informed decisions, considering the impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and social contexts.
- 5. Ability to function effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team, to demonstrate leadership, foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, establish goals, plan tasks, and achieve objectives.
- 6. Ability to conduct appropriate experimentation, analyze and interpret data, and use engineering judgment to draw conclusions.
- 7. Ability to acquire and apply new knowledge as needed, using appropriate learning strategies.

Students can choose courses in this program scheme to fulfill the number of credits according to their interests and needs. 117 credits is determined based on the courses inputted into SIX. Minor Program
This program scheme consists of 15 credits that include compulsory and elective courses. Students can choose courses in this program scheme to fulfill the number of credits according to their interests and needs. 15 credits is determined based on the courses inputted into SIX. Special Programs
The Study Program offers several special programs, including a fast-track program that enables students to pursue graduate studies in a shorter period of time, as well as a student exchange program where students can take courses for 1–2 semesters at equivalent study programs in universities both abroad and in Indonesia. All of these special programs are regulated in accordance with the applicable ITB academic regulations.
